Hi, I’m Kat, and I suffered from an Amniotic Fluid Embolism whilst giving birth to my daughter.

I want to use this space to tell my story, raise awareness around Amniotic Fluid Embolisms and open up the conversation around extreme birth-related trauma.

Hopefully, this might provide some support to anyone going through something similar.
